GENESIS
Ms Sujata Khanna is the Chairperson of Career Forum Ltd., an internet based service provider for Test prep solutions in India. Its focus is on preparing students to crack entrance exams at various levels.
Pune-bred Sujata Khanna, left her job at IT firm HCL in 1988 to start her own institute to coach students appearing for Management Entrance examinations.
It being a virgin market then, she capitalized on her personal strengths to groom students. What began as a method to fully utilize her Quantitative and English language skills, has, evolved into an enterprise valued and appreciated by the markets and industry. Over time, the strategy to build Career Forum up as an enterprise in the services sector evolved and has grown into a pioneering and premier educational services business.
After her schooling at St Joseph’s in Pune, Ms Khanna graduated from Fergusson College with a major in chemistry in 1984. She has a management degree from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (1986). She set up Career Forum in 1988. Since then she has driven the marketing and academic functions of Career Forum to build it into a formidable high quality services organization providing critical career defining competency assessment and training services to students across the country.
